Say yes to the dress! *ahem* HOUSE! Consultations helps narrow things down enough that many buyers find home right away, whether listed by a Builder, For-Sale-by-Owner, or everything in between.

Pricing & Offers

When you find "the one," we will do a full market evaluation on it. Then we will take you through the data to help you determine the value and a negotiating strategy.

Conditions

Typically we see Professional Home Inspections, Condo Doc Review, Financing Approvals, and potentially Sale of Current Home consitions at this point.

Pre-possession

Once the sale is finalized, you'll have insurance to line up, lawyer meetings to attend, utility hookups to coordinate, and downpayment money to move, and moving companies to book (or friends to bribe), and cleaning to plan.

Possession Day

PLEASE do not book your moving truck to arrive on possession day. We can usually get keys in the afternoon, but sometimes banks are slow or unforseen issues need resolving.
